Securely pack the unused medical shears or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective cases are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
